We require volunteers for all aspects of the tour as well as one paid caterer/cook. If you would like to be involved with the tour and make a great contribution to our Margaret River Regional Environment Centre we are seeking two types of volunteers. People who can help out before and during the event on a loose schedule and those can commit six or twelve days during the event.
Full time volunteers will be provided with all meals when on duty.
Volunteers camping out will need to supply all their own camping gear as required by cyclists.
For those not camping out there will also be a number of rooms available at Glenbrook Farm Stay.

Casual Volunteer Positions
Cake and Slice bakers
To keep the riders happy we will require slices and cakes for morning and afternoon tea. Baking can be done at home and dropped off at Glenbrook. Baking may become competitive as feedback from hungry riders comes in.
Curry cooks
On the final night of the tour riders will be treated to home cooked curries. Curries can be made at home and dropped off at Glenbrook. All cooks are welcome to join us for dinner at Glenbrook on the final evening.
Full time Volunteer Positions
Kitchen hands
Kitchen hands will be required to assist in buying, preparing and delivering food to riders.
Drivers and Camp setup
Drivers and camp set up volunteers will be required to break down and load up (with the help of riders) and move camp each day.
Drivers with large 4WD's
We will require several large 4WD's with drivers to take trailers and equipment between campsites and access riders on route.
Delivery drivers, breakfast cooks: Delivery drivers will take evening meals out to campsites and return to Glenbrook in the morning after breakfast. This job may also be done by the kitchen hands.
Position Titles
Position titles will be awarded with out consideration of merit and may be changed or altered with out notice.

Tour Time Slots
- Thursday 15 to Tuesday 20 (six days),
- Wednesday 21 to Monday 26 (six days),
- or Thursday 15 to Monday 26 (twelve days)
